Testimonial video
Opening night testimonial video for H.LAB. Filmed live at the studio's first class, capturing real reactions from members as they walked off the floor. The most engaged post of the launch campaign.

Proof, Not Promises
On opening night I filmed members straight after their first class, sweat still on them, and asked a single question: how do you feel about H.LAB opening? That question sits on screen for the entire video, so every answer that follows reads as a direct response to it.
No script, no retakes. Just people saying what they actually thought in the moment, in front of the studio's glowing sign.

Why It Works
A gym can tell you it's good. It's far more convincing when a room full of people say it for you, out of breath, five minutes after finding out for themselves. The video runs as a rapid string of voices, some solo, some in pairs, including local business owners and long-time members who had waited months for the studio to open.
Filming immediately after the class was the whole trick. The energy in those answers is real because the workout had just happened, and that's something you can't stage or reshoot later.
The Result
The post drew 270 likes and a comment section that carried the same conversation forward: congratulations from other local fitness businesses, members tagging friends, and people saying they couldn't wait to get in for a class. It gave the studio something more useful than a testimonial page, which is a public record of its opening night told entirely by the people who were there.
